The EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data, so-called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the "GDPR") and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. (hereinafter the "Privacy Code" and collectively together with the GDPR, the "Privacy Law") introduce rules for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

A) Navigation data

With the exception of navigation data (collected automatically by the system), the provision of data by the user is optional. The provision of personal data is necessary for the purpose of using the Services and other features of the Site. In carrying out its activity, the Data Controller may make use of third parties designated "data processors", who may process your personal data, on behalf of the Data Controller, exclusively within the scope of their function and within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the pursuit of purposes indicated above.
Within the limits strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller may communicate your personal data to third parties who operate as "independent data controllers" such as - by way of example - public administrations, judicial authorities.
Scope of data processing

the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data concerning you, and, if necessary, to obtain access to such data;
right to obtain the correction and cancellation of personal data concerning you;
right to obtain the limitation of data processing;
right to receive personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device (so-called data portability);
right to object to the processing of personal data.

Furthermore, pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR.
